The term "the business" refers to Paws on Grass is an entity of and operated by Shoploft Animals and Birds Requisites Trading LLC
Customers can cancel their order up to 24 hours prior to the delivery dispatch of their one-time order or first subscription delivery by emailing email@example.com.

All Dubai deliveries are handled by the business and completed within 2-3 days of your payment being made.
Deliveries to other emirates are handled by a courier company and are completed within 2-3 working days of your payment being made.
When placing your order, you will be requested to select a mode of payment for your goods.
We offer the following modes of payments:
- Credit Card payment online
- Cash on delivery (Dirhams only)
- Card on delivery (Visa, Master, JCB, Diners)
- *Pay by cheque
All payments should be made in AED. We do not accept other currencies. In case of delayed payment or non-payment, the business holds the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery of your order.
The grass is 100% real and will have insects and small bugs as al plants do.
It is up to the customer to care and maintain the grass after the delivery.
We collect the following types of information:
A. Information You Provide to Us:
We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, to fulfill your orders and contact you if necessary or otherwise appropriate, we collect Personal Information such as your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number. From time to time, as part of promotions, we may ask if you want to send us your friends’ email addresses (which we will only use in order to invite them to use the Paws on Grass services).
We do NOT collect other personally identifiable information such as your birthdate or portions of your Social Security number. We would urge you to seriously question other businesses who insist on collecting such information from you, especially if you do not consider it necessary in order for them to fill your orders.
We may anonymize your Personal Information so that you cannot be individually identified and we may provide that anonymized information to our partners, potential investors, or potential purchasers of all or part of our company. You agree that we may use any of the information we have collected from you in a non-personally identifiable form.
B. Information Collected Automatically:
- We do NOT automatically receive and record information from your browser including your IP address and “cookie” information” that is used to track the activity of your browser on our Website. We do NOT currently post any ads on our site that would enable advertising partners to transmit cookies to your computer or device.
- We do NOT currently collect usage information (such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to the Website. However, should we decide to collect such information in the future, we would only use such data in aggregate form, in a manner that assures your anonymity. For example, we might provide such aggregate usage information, if and when collected, to our partners, investors, and potential buyers of our company, so that they can understand how often and in what ways people use our Website.
- We do NOT currently contract with any advertisers or advertising networks.
C. E-mail and Other Communications:
We may contact you, by email or other means. For example, we may send you Paws on Grass promotional offers, from time to time, or communicate with you about your use of the Website and our delivery services. Also, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, please advise us at email@example.com.
We do not have a return policy as the product cannot be resold once a customer has received it. However, if you there is a quality issue with your product and you contact us (via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via Whatsapp +971 55 975 5800) on the day of your delivery with photographs of the product issues, then we will provide you a replacement as soon as possible.
If you need your order to be refunded prior to the delivery, you need to inform us and it will take 7 - 10 working days to process the refund.
No refund will be given after the product has been delivered.
If you decide to cancel your subscription after it has been initiated, there will be no refund. You have the option to put your subscription on hold for up to a month after which the subscription would continue. You also have the option to transfer your remaining subscription to a friend or family member.
